A. Order Fulfillment: All textile production is governed by the specific Purchase Order (PO) terms agreed upon at the time of deposit. Quality samples are archived for every batch.

B. Delivery & Logistics: FOB (Free on Board) terms apply unless otherwise specified. Liability for goods transitions to the buyer upon handover to the logistics partner in Ahmedabad.

C. Jurisdiction: All commercial disputes are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, reflecting our primary place of business.
